From being a DJ to a chef, managing Red Lantern and Burke Street Bakery to running a custom bike shop and running charity events, Sasha has really packed a lot into the last 27 years.
What I found was someone interesting, complex, insightful, capable and full of ideas. I felt really inspired by recording with Sasha and thoroughly enjoyed the making of this episode.
Sasha’s candor was refreshing, and the breadth of life experience was both awe inspiring and somewhat comforting. I sensed a fearlessness and I heard self belief expressed, not at all unwarranted. I’m a fan.
Being able to do so many different things and having been through so many experiences, this made for a fabulous episode of the Last 27 Years and I’m sure you’re all going to love listening to it as much as I loved recording it.
My two favourite quotes “I’ve always known I can do whatever I want to do” and “Today, I’m living my life, it’s not living me”.
