In the shower last night (my favourite think tank!) I had a great idea for a documentary series. Sooo….today I’ve registered the business name “Shinemealight Productions” and I intend to begin filming in 2023.
The idea for the doco is to see what it’s like working in all kinds of different professions, by spending 24 hours filming with someone. What’s it really like to be a mixed practice vet? A firefighter? An engineer? A barrister? What’s it really like to work on the front lines in an emergency department? Or inside a factory farm? Let’s find out!
Now I’m sure I’m going to run into obstacles galore such as the need to protect the privacy and confidentiality of both people and information, but let’s cross those bridges when we get to them huh?
I’m willing to go wherever I need to go and do pretty much whatever I need to do to find out what it’s really like to work in myriad jobs. Let’s do this!
